ANT+ pairing not saving IDs #64

The ANT+ pairing saves ant device IDs first time but any subsequent preference updates loose the IDS

This is due to the fact we don't recover the ids in the ANT preferences interface, or not properly so when we change something like a Trainer value we recover zero for the ids and write this into the database.
