"Save" training #10

Trainings shall be added with the date of first start (in the session). When session continued, previous training shall be updated with new one on save.

Time in telemetry collection is ok (it is time of first start with the session, or is read from journal file).

There are some strange "time conversions" in name of .tcx file when imported. Distance in DB is not correct, it is just taken from first and last point (but shall be computed somehow, distance changes on slider). Saving same file several times (after continuation or not) gives inconsistencies between file and DB (DB is not updated). [done] As a name.. last training file name shall be taken. It would be very useful to see "what's" was done. These are minors, so temporary I leave it..

[done] Option to start new session shall be added to the menu.
