boot fails with tux/atv -> atv w/ question mark repeating logos #6

Not sure what is going on here. There have been three cases of this out of an 
unknown number. I've 
not seen this in all my testing. Tracking it.

Seems to be fixed with latest internal build, I'm going to add a separate page 
that explains the problem and fix. 
This issue is a misunderstanding of the AppleTV memory map that dates back to 
the original bootloader.
