while this seems to be a problem with atvusb-creator 
(http://code.google.com/p/atvusb-creator/) and not atv-
xbmc-launcher, you should try to redownload the file and try to unzip it again.

A user reported a similar problem and resolved it by turning off auto expand in 
safari, downloaded again and 
now it works.
