XBMC remote shortcut #3

Hi!
Is it possible to create a shortcut (eg hold the menu-button on the remote)
to force XMBC to quit?

I'm asking this because XMBC hangs quite often.

Hi Ben,

r217 adds kind of requested behaviour. As the remote already has pretty few 
buttons, there's an activation 
sequence that gets XBMCLauncher to recognize a button press as an event for 
itself. Currently this is set to 
MENU->MENU->PLAY (not more than half a second between keypresses). The next 
button is interpreted by 
XBMCLauncher. Only action implemented is to kill XBMC (with button PLAY). 
This will probably go into Launcher 0.3
