What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Whenever I try to load XBMC

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see the message above.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
AppleTV 3.0.2

Please provide any additional information below.
From Cyberduck, I can see that the directory referenced does not exist.

This is a severity 1 error, not medium.  The product is unusable in its current 
state.

Already tried installing it (Launcher->Downloads->XBMC)?
