Same details as above except that killall doesn't reliably solve the problem.
Sometimes the only solution is to reboot the AppleTV.
This problem did not exist prior to upgrading to XBMC 10.0.

Same issue here. After sleep mode, XBMC starts up, but no screen. I can hear
the XMBC sounds when navigating.
After Apple TV reboot, XBMC works fine again (until sleep mode)

same issue here... Found some workaround from other post on Appletv discussion
that we could switch TV input to other input and then going back to the one
which Appletv is connected to (Or you can just turn of/turn off TV).
