Blank screen after first launch after AppleTV sleep

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Quit XBMC to allow AppleTV to go to sleep
2. Start XBMC from Launcher
3. Screen is blank, but XBMC is running
4. ssh and killall XBMC
5. Start XBMC from Launcher
6. Everything runs fine

Note: When running the first time, XBMC is operating (mostly) normally. I am 
able to control it with XBMoteC and can hear audio, etc. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For XBMC to be visible when launched the first time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Launcher 3.2.5
XBMC 10.0
AppleTV 3.0.2

Same details as above except that killall doesn't reliably solve the problem. 
Sometimes the only solution is to reboot the AppleTV.

This problem did not exist prior to upgrading to XBMC 10.0.

Same issue here. After sleep mode, XBMC starts up, but no screen. I can hear 
the XMBC sounds when navigating. 
After Apple TV reboot, XBMC works fine again (until sleep mode)

same issue here... Found some workaround from other post on Appletv discussion 
that we could switch TV input to other input and then going back to the one 
which Appletv is connected to (Or you can just turn of/turn off TV).
