Enable AFP as an option #310

Enable AFP

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OSX.

Please provide any additional information below.
This is a great tool for all Apple TV users. Unfotunately there is a lot of old 
information lying 
around that does not work with the new updates (2.3.1.). One such area is AFP. 
It would be 
fantastic if any option could be made available to enable AFP, similar to how 
SSH is enabled.
