HTTP,Error 404: Not Found

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Down loaded atvusb-creator 1.0.b10 for my Mac OSX Ver. 10.5.8
2. Insert Flash Drive
3. Launch atvusb-creator, click"create using"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Should down load, instead 
getting HTTP 
Error 404: Not Found. Have tried 6 different Flash Drives 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 
atvusb-creator 1.0.b10, 
Mac OSX 10.5.8

Please provide any additional information below. Have tried reloading 
atvusb-creator. arrow 
circle in USB Target Drive does not find target drive. It seems stuck on a 
/dev/disk1
