Remote no longer works? #401

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Successfully installed boxee
2. ATV froze while running Hulu (Trying to play MTV video)
3. Unplugged ATV
4. Menu loaded differently - "Launcher" displayed on left in place of
"XBMC/Boxee"?
5. Remote would not work?
6. Rebooted ATV with Patchstick USB - no errors
7. Restarted
8. Menu came up as expected but remote still not working?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ATV to load boxee menu/ability to navigate.  Loaded correctly but unable to
navigate.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ATV-Win-2.0 / Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
ATV light changes from green to orange each time any of buttons on the
remote are pressed.

Has anyone seen this before/know how to fix?

Sorry, I just saw issue #246 and was able to unpair my remote to resolve my 
issue.
