3.1 ATV software does not allow me to access #425

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load up ATV on 3.1 software (I put in the patchstick after updating to 3.1) 
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

THe new "Software Menu" does not allow me to click any items from the drop down 
menu, looks 
like:

Software Menu
  3rd Party Plugins
  Manage Built-in
  Scripts
  Restart Finder
  Settings
