Patched 3.1- Can See Software Menu but can't access it

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Can See Software Menu once patch has been applied, but can't access it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Reset to factory default. Works on older firmware, updated to 3.1 and run
the patchstick again. I can see the software menu and all of it's sub
menues (apps, scripts etc) yet can't access them at all.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ATV 3.1 and use my mac for ssh etc

Please provide any additional information below.
