Didnt load and now apple TV wont work #433

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Used DMG 2Z694-6004-003
2. Used ATV creator 1.0.b10
3. Followed directions exactly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See penguin upon startup of ATV, instead I saw the apple logo, and then I cant 
use anything on 
my apple tv. I can restart it, but other than that it is not recognizing any 
other functions from my 
remote, I can still move things to it from my computer and remove things. but 
the only thing the 
ATV is recognizing is the menu and - buttons

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using the newest update on ATV. I updated it before I started this 
process. I am using Mac 
OS X 10.6.2

Please provide any additional information below.

Also, I just tried another USB stick, and that got it to go through the loading 
process, but again when i restarted 
my ATV, it is not working with the remote, and the Boxee is not there for me to 
select.

nevermind about unpairing you are a genius.
but i am still haveing the problem of boxee not being one of my menu choices

I dont know how to ssh into anything. and i dont know how to access a terminal. 
I dont even know what that 
stuff is. I am really new at all this stuff. All I know is that I thought 
everything was going great once I un-paired 
my remote. I could see that the Software menu was there but it wont let me 
actually access anything. And I have 
read just about every issue post on here, and there doesnt seem to be any fixes 
that I understand.  I greatly 
appreciate all the help you are giving me.

if you are using ATV creator 1.0.b10, you have a Mac,

/Applications/Utilities/Terminal

That's the Terminal Application, open it.

ssh frontrow@<your_ip> where <your_ip> is the IP address of your appletv.

if you need more help, go to the xbmc or boxee forums and ask there. It's easer 
than trying to work through 
a problem using the Issues comments of this site.
