can't see Files menu after patching with patchstick 3.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I've patched my atv 3.01 with atv-win-3.0.zip, reboot and only can see 
the launcher menu so i've installed xmbc, that works perfectly.
2. nevertheless, I can't see the Files menu under whom there was the movies  
folder.
3. I've tried to manually install atvfiles and softwaremenu following the 
ankwardtv instructions but when I'm done and try to see any video the atv 
just reboots 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

As in vprevious versions, I expected the Files menu so I can play mi vids 
without having to launch xmbc

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
atv-win-3.0.zip, atf version 3.01

Please provide any additional information below.

Hey,

Sounds like you used to have atvFiles. We don't support this software nor do we 
distribute it so this is not a valid issue.

I will however point you in the right direction. For information on atvFiles, 
access 
to the latest binaries and install information visit:
