Proper patching procedure #448

I would like to know the proper patching procedure if I want to go back to ver 
3.0.
I have 3.0.1 installed it has a lot of issues and I would like to revert back.
3.0 worked great.

Do I go back to a factory restore (2.0) and then patch?

You will have to "obtain" the 3.0 image from somewhere as it is now removed off 
mesu.apple.com. You can then use the downgrade script from 
http://wiki.awkwardtv.org/wiki/OSupdate

Then to create a patchstick just select the 3.0 firmware in the patchstick 
creator 
with the Choose DMG feature.
