Nothing on USB

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Went through all the steps
2. .img file on hard drive
3. nothing on usb stick
4. img file too big for the usb stick (4gb cruiser micro)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I try restore, that doesn't work, I try not using the USB restore tool,
that doesn't work either

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v3 and XP

Please provide any additional information below.

Nevermind-fixed issue. Can't delete issue for some reason.

Sorry - one suggestion - make the USB backup/restore a separate piece of 
software -
as the moment, you have to download the dwg to get to it.

Hey,

USB Image Tool can be downloaded seperately and if there is a problem it can 
always 
be found in the working directory if you click Yes when prompted to run USB 
Image 
Tool.
