Problem downloading usbit.exe under vista #460

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run Patchstick creator 3.0 under Vista Ultimate
2. Choose Apple TV OS 3.0.1
3. Select software SSH & Launcher
4. Click Create Patchstick
5. Downloads work up to until half way thru the download of usbit.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Error message says "An Error occurred creating your patchstick. Please 
check your internet connection"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
rev 3.0 under windows vista ultimate also tried on Server 2003 R2 and it 
worked

Please provide any additional information below.

Your connection broke during the download. No bigee. I suggest you clean the 
directory (all files except atv-win) and try the proceedure again.
