atv-win-3.0.zip seems to be corrupted

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download zip atv-win-3.0.zip
2. Attempt to unzip the exe
3. Win XP can't unzip - "An error occured while copying the file."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win XP SP 3 explorer zip

Please provide any additional information below.
The zip archive is only 14kb, the version 2 archive is 19 mb.

Version 3 is not corrupted. It is only 14kb because disk images and imaging 
tools 
are downloaded dynamically depending on the user's selection. Try re-download 
the 
ZIP and clear your browser cache.
