ATV version 3.0.1 #473

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I bought ATV with firmware 3.0.1 but on patchstick creator you can only
choose ATV version 2.1 does this make difference. Because i know that my
ATV won't downgrade. Boxee doesn't show up?

I have the same issue. Using Lexar 2GB JD Secure II Plus USB drive to install.

Not a prob. You can either use the Windows version which includes 3.0.1 by 
default; 
or download the 3.0.1 update manually and select it with Choose DMG in atvusb-
creator.
