Version of Launcher is too old on mac version

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create patchstick with mac version of creator 
2. Patch your atv 
3. No Launcher entry appears 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Launcher menu item is expected. Nothing appears

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
http://atvusb-creator.googlecode.com/files/atvusb-creator-1.0.b10.zip on OS 3.x

Please provide any additional information below.
Updating packages to install Launcher 3.2.3 instead of 0.8 would remedy the 
problem.

new version b13, checks for USB drives >256MB and <64GB.
