Error: -10000 #501

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using 1.0.b13 to create patchstick, 
2. Click on create dmg
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

1.0.b13 on Mac OS 10.6.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Have tried at least four different USB keys: Kingston, Transcend, HP.
Have erased and partitioned (2 partitions), Mac OS Journaled.

Have also tried creating the Patchstick on two different Macs.

Meant to add, also using ATV version 3.0.2

I ran atvusb-creator-1.0.b13 on Mac OS 10.6.3 successfully.
You may want to update your 10.6.2 to 10.6.3, and try again.
I also tried atv-win-3.0.zip successfully.
