ATV no image on menu only sound (HELP) #510

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Creating the patchstick with atvusb-creator-1.0.b13  done successfull,
no errors

2. Installing the 3rd party software
3. Next time i turn the ATV on, the start video run with no sound, and the
menu sounded but no image

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
try to find how to create a patchstick so i can retored to factory firmware

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
osx 10.6.2   ATV 3x firmware

Hold Menu and - to restore. Did you install atvfiles? If you did, the solution 
has 
been posted many times, please search
