What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Created patchstick and updated ATV with the launcher
2. Wanted to add the ability to SSH to the ATV
3. When attempting to create a new patchstick using the same USB drive, drive
is not recognized by the computer and when I try to create the patchstick image
on the USB drive I get the following error from the USB Image Tool " Could not
access the USB Device (Code: 32)! The process cannot access the file because
it is being used by another program"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
New patch stick is created. Instead I recieve the error above.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Patchstick 3.0.1 I'm running Vista Service Pack 1.

Please provide any additional information below.

Reboot the PC, make sure you're not running the patchstick software off the
drive you're trying to image
