I had the same problem with my 160gb AppleTV after installing atvusb-creator
for the first time. NitoTV is the problem, I believe, based on my searches
through older posts. I restored to factory settings by holding down "menu" and
"-" on the Apple Remote for 6 seconds and following the prompts, then went
through the installation process again for atvusb-creator. I did not install
any of the third party apps and only enabled XBMC and Boxee - no problems. Hope
that helps.
