Error creating patchstick. "check internet connection" #572

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download winatv for my windows 7 machine
2. Download the firmware for the ATV
3. Open atv-win-3.0 on my pc
4. select the downloaded firmware
5. select either checkbox- launcher or ssh or both
6. click create patchstick

What is the expected output?
To go to the next step to install patchstick on my usb drive.

What do you see instead?
Several popups downloading, followed by an error message:
"An error occurred creating your patchstick. Please check your Internet 
connection and try again."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows version 3.0. On Windows 7 32 bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
Connected to internet, with 15Mbs down speed. I am confused by this. Thanks for 
any help.

I have the exact same issue, except I'm running the creator under wine in linux.
