Error in Creating Patchstick #576

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ran atvusb-creator for win according to the atvWinPatchstickGuide
2. Tried to restore image on USB thumb drive
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Got Error: Could not lock the volume (Code:5)! Access Denied.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
atv-win-3.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Formated the USB Drive in windows.
