What steps will reproduce the problem?
I'm not entirely sure but the sequence was something like:
1. Installed nitoTv
2. Used Boxee for a while.
3. Shutdown boxee. Was taking a LONG time.
4. Meanwhile had been scp'ing movies and syncing with itunes in the background
5. UI seemed frozen so i pulled the plug to reboot (should have done reboot
from terminal!)
6. Plug ATV back in.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After plugin in i saw the initial apple and atv animation then a blank screen.
I can still SSH to it.
I can use my ipod Remote app to play music which causes the itunes album to
become visible. But clicking menu goes back to blank screen while music
continues to play.
How can I fix this!?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1st gen ATV 3.? with whatever operating system it had after applying most
recent patchstick.
Please provide any additional information below.
I've since tried rebooting from ssh to no avail.
