Unable to mount recovery: mount_hfs: Resource busy #593

Hey all,

I'm completely new to this so I might be doing things incorrectly/out of order,
but after trying for sev hours, I've still not managed to figure out what it is
that I'm doing wrong when I'm trying to create my patchstick.

The steps that reproduce the problem:
1. After a fresh reboot, run the ATV-patchstick installation
2. The "install recovery onto target disk" fails.

Output:
Creating USB Flash Disk...
  umount_disk settling delay (10 seconds)
  partition the target disk
  umount_disk settling delay (10 seconds)
  install recovery onto target disk
Unable to mount recovery: mount_hfs: Resource busy
  install_recovery failed
Failed! (0:00:41)

I'm using a Verbatim tuff'n tiny USB stick on an OSX Snow Leopard system -
trying to create a patchstick for a 1st gen ATV with the latest update.

Any input would be appreciated.

Cheers,
Fei

Same here. Running Leopard a G4. Tried 3 different USB sticks, all getting the
same error.
