atvusb-creator unexpected error on loading application

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download latest atvusb-creator1.0b13 for mac
2. Double click zip file and computer automatically unarchives it
3. Once unarchived on my desktop - I double click on the application to load it 
and get error message window pop up on the screen: atvu sb-creator error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

- Apple TV USB creator window should open up

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

- Latest version of product (1.0b13) on lastest mac Snow Leopard Intel.

Please provide any additional information below.

The error window I get says:
atvusb-creator error
An unexpected error has occured during execution of the main script
IOError [Eerrsocket error] 8, 'nodename nor servname provided, or not known'

Any help much appreciated - I just can't get the program to boot up on my intel 
mac.

Make sure your Mac is connected to the network before running atvusb-creator.
