Cannot Run Program #599

I have downloaded the zip fie (atvusb-creator-1.0.b13).
When I extract the file, I receive a bunch of regular folders but no executable 
file to run a program. I therefor cannot start the "Patchstick Creator " 
program.

I use Windows 7.

What am I doing wrong?

That file atvusb-creator is intended for OSX users, if you are on windows you 
would use the atv-win-3.0.zip
