atv-win fails downloading usbit.dll

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch atv-win-3.0
2. Choose either the default 3.0.1 or download the 3.0.2 image from the listed 
in latest_ATV_dmg.xml
3. Click on Laucher (or as well SSH)
4. Hit Create Patchstick

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am expecting the .img file to be created successfully.
Instead I get "An error occured creating your patchstick.  Please check your 
Internet Connection and Try again."
My internet connection is fine, and it fails on the same file 
(/svn/trunk/atv-win-3.0/WebDep/Tools/usbit32.dll).
I can download this file just fine using my browser and this URL: 
http://code.google.com/p/atvusb-creator/source/browse/trunk/atv-win-3.0/WebDep/T
ools/usbit32.dll).
It could be failing on the very next file after usbit32.dll, it is very 
difficult to tell.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
atv-win-3.0 on Windows 7 64-bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
Any ideas on what to look for, or a list of manual steps I can follow by 
downloading all the files manually.

Or of course, can someone put an img file with AppleTV 3.0.2 on it where I can 
reach it.

Then of course instructions on what to do with it.

When I tried this from a different machine, the patchstick was successfully 
created and I have XBMC running.  Can't explain it, but am happy with the 
results.
