Problems with Patchstick - missing Recovery folder #608

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  I use atvusb-creator-1.0.b13
2.  choose 2Z694-6013-013.dmg
3.  after remounting the stick only the PATCHSTICK Volume is visible
4.  Recovery volume is not visible

The output seems to be without errors.

Creating USB Flash Disk...
  umount_disk settling delay (10 seconds)
  partition the target disk
  umount_disk settling delay (10 seconds)
  install recovery onto target disk
  copy files to target disk
  remove recovery hfsplus GUID
  umount_disk settling delay (10 seconds)
  change recovery to real GUID
  umount_disk settling delay (10 seconds)
  install patchstick onto target disk
  copy files to target disk
Complete! (0:01:50)

I used several USB Sticks (Scandisk Cruzer 4GB / Kensigton / CnMemory / ..) on 
MacOS 10.6.8
The Recovery volume is always missung after preparing the Patchstick.
