Avira detects trojan #611

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. downloading atv win 3.0
2. creating a img file with loader an ssh
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
after downloading the dmg and mid 7zip unzipping avira detects and shows this 
message

Virus or unwanted program 'TR/Expl.Lamebrk.j [trojan]'
detected in file 'C:\Users\Alejandro G\Desktop\injector.exe.
Action performed: Deny access

injector.exe is among the files created by atv-win-3.0
so what gives??

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows vista with avira antivirus

Please provide any additional information below.
are you slipping trojans through this distro???

injector.exe is an app used to inject boot.efi in the disk image. It's not 
malware. The source code for it is located here.
