What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Created patchstick
2. Plugged into ATV and begins patch process
3. Completes but has errors
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When patching is complete it has an error mentioned above the text saying
"error unable to mount OS"
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
atv-win-3.0 winxp SP3
