XMBC works, boxes generates error saying "can't load from path" won't update #625

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to update
2. "error, please press play/pause to reset apple TV"
3. also, if I try to launch Boxee, it says "can't load from path"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Atv 3.0.2

the load worked great, took it on the 2nd usb I tried, but when I try to update 
it says "error"
