1.0b13 errno socket error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Extract atvusb-creator-1.0.b13
2. Open folder and double click atvusb-creator
3. Get following error:
      atvusb-creator error
     An unexpected error has occured during execution of the main script

     IOError: [Errno socket error] (7, 'No address associated with nodename'). Option to open console or terminate

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I exprcted the program to run so I can create the patchstick

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.0.b.13. Mac osx 10.4.11
