Patchstick for 1st gen. box #644

Hi,I am new to this forum and I couldn't create the boot image in the usb,

the first link isn't working, but I downloaded atv win 3,it ends with error to check internet, even Antivirus and firewall is off and I run it as an admin, what am I missing?
