What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Attempting to open Spriteme from Chrome bookmark
2.Turned off Antivirus and problem persists
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Open Spriteme window.  It opens the Spriteme.org web page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The most current version of Chrome with Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
