Create Card Class

This will be the main information holder for a card that is created. This would include name, card type, stats, cost, etc.

• [x] ElementalType (String)
• [x] Attack (Int)
• [x] Defense (Int)
• [x] Health (Int)
• [x] Cost (Int)
• [x] SerialNumber (Int)
