It seems like there's a mixup in the text between Figures 2c and 2d. Suggest shuffling the paragraphs around, though in a manner that still introduces the plotQC function immediately after the plotPCA function.

Thanks for catching this. Text hadn't caught up with the changes to the figures. Have rejigged this as suggested.
