Add global shortcuts for switching between devices #2

@hmemcpy would like to see some global shortcuts for switching between devices.

@hmemcpy what kind? The ability to assign a shortcut to a particular device? Or a shortcut that cycles through the individual audio devices (maybe one for output, and one for input)?

I originally wanted to write something like this myself, mainly to be able to switch between speakers and headphones while playing some game.

So I guess I'd like to assign a different shortcut for the "speakers" device and the "headphones" device, so I could select either one.

Once again, thanks for this little tool!

@davkean @hmemcpy I made an open-source library called Shortcut that might be of use for this.

(Apologies in advanced if you perceive me to be shamelessly self-promoting - I sincerely hope the project can be of use here)

I've spiked this and Shortcut works well, thanks @ByteBlast. Will have something in at the start of the new year.
