Settings in appearance tab don't persist #23

To repro:

  1. Set your app to not display unplugged devices (who needs 'em?)
  2. Log out / log back in
  3. Unplugged devices are back

This should have been fixed in https://github.com/davkean/audio-switcher/commit/ecffbdb56708e3599a987347ada341faf394151d.
