Currently, all of the "parameter search" functions need to calculate the FoM themselves. We should have a standard library of FoM available so that people can re-use them.

This is work in progress after the team workshop. There is a branch in odl for FoMs and also some statistical analysis, but maybe it does not have an issue yet.
