Add saved FBP example #8

Add a saved FBP-reconstruction such that it can be loaded directly (without having to re-run FBP all the time)

There is a better initial guess from 20 iteration CGLS, but still there are some artefact (see #12). Still an FBP example would be nice (despite issues with detector overlay etc.)
