Low severity bug founded in Multiple lines within file "BIOINF_3000_2022-12" #14

Hi, thank you for making this available, this is truly a massive time saver for the projects that I am working on at this moment. Recently, I have found several bugs within the file named "BIOINF_3000_2022-12" under the path "data/BIOINF_3000_2022-12"

These bugs were founded in multiple lines including; lines 17 & 19. In these lines, bugs affected some of the texts within the line, capitalize the characters.

Note that, the insertion of XXX (high severity issue) was also reported earlier, see issue #13.

Line 17 Expected

Line 19 Expected:

Additional Information; The bug seems to be introduced after user @davmlaw (Dave Lawrence ) committed the changes. 4 days ago The Git hash number is 2f2befb.
