Fixed high severity (xxxxxxx) and low severity UPPERCASE issues in a1894991.txt #107

-Fixed the high severity issue in line 1 by removing the placeholder 'xxxxxxx' in 'a1894991.txt' -Fixed the low-severity issue by changing the UPPERCASE words into lowercase in 'a1894991.txt'. I also updated the 'CHANGELOG.md' to reflect these changes.
