Two different sites, two different CSV formats

Nordea in Sweden currently has two portals you can log into. One is the "old" one located at https://internetbanken.privat.nordea.se/ and then there's the new one at https://netbank.nordea.se/.

I've noticed that the CSV files that are actually exported today are not in line with the fields in bank2ynab. These should be updated accordingly.
