Finally think I have the circle of life figured out for keeping git data flowing. But it's wanting to pull files I didn't even touch. There appears to be some resources marked for deletion, I have no idea what that is about. All my changes were in DAIL base folder and it does appear that is only what came through. Some UI cleaning (not done), tag organization, and mastery tweaking. FK is 3.4 in this pull, and Priest is 3.4 on my local. See the extended notes in _Dev_Info folder for all of the details.

I did modify some tex/icon files. So if you go through this with a comb, don't throw those out. And the rest of the work was in records/skills, records/ui, source/Text_Eng. And then some of the weird classes have misc material in other dirs.
