changing licence boards and gambits for enemies/npcs/guests/espers #9

I think its possible since it was done in the rich save editor of yesteryear

It Might be only possible with cheat engine because nobody other then the six characters actually have aa Viewable License Board when you go to licene. They all have invisble ones like Reks. But Gambits you can see those but for Reks when i used the glitch he ain't have none, i had to give him some with cheat engine. The Same as License, Equipment, and Jobs.
