Update API Response Model #3

This pull request hopefully brings the response model in to line with the current Songkick docs (#2). I've requested but not yet received an API key, so there's been no real-world testing to date.

Well that's disappointing, all tests were fine locally. Looks like my use of DateTime's stringify in a test file is the problem. Looking in to it.
